The 18th January was the close of another familiar chapter for Boro supporters - the club had previously been liquidated in 1991 and 2008. When you have no future to look forward to, you look back to the past. Nuneaton St Nicholas; Nuneaton Borough FC; Nuneaton Borough 1991 FC; Nuneaton Town; and Nuneaton Borough - there have been many incarnations of the club and it will need to rise from the ashes once again.

I’ve always wanted to photograph a match at a football stadium. It was one of my reasons for becoming a sports photographer.
